Answer:
Bundle discounts are applied only when the correct discount code is entered at checkout and the order meets the quantity requirements for that code.
Your discount may not have applied if:
- The discount code was not entered at checkout
- An incorrect code was used for the quantity purchased (for example, using a 6–11 tumbler code when purchasing 5 tumblers)
- The order did not meet the minimum quantity required for the selected code
To ensure your discount is applied:
- Select the discount code that matches the number of tumblers in your cart
- Enter the code at checkout before completing your purchase
